The Miracle

I have been witness to many miracles in my life. Three of these miracles are my beautiful daughters. Afterfte watching my wife go through pregnancy and childbirth, I am evermore convinced that miracles do exist. I have been amazed at the strength my wife has been blessed with as she goes through pregnancy and raising children. In this sculpture I wanted to communicate some of the feelings I feel about the miracle of children, and pregnancy; feelings of anticipation, strength, joy, and even inadequacy. My wife was kind enough to model for this sculpture. I will be forever grateful for my wonderful children and my wife who are always a strength to me.
